We loved the welcoming atmosphere! Emma’s team went above and beyond at breakfast, ensuring our kids were entertained. The kids loved Katie's magic tricks, making our mornings feel special. A tip , ask for extra toast—it flows freely!

Had a fantastic time with friends, exploring the Promenade and visiting the famous Blackpool Tower. The large room was great for all of us. Plus, we enjoyed the variety of restaurants nearby. Just a heads-up, the breakfast was pretty basic and could use some improvement.

One downside was the noise level from the next room. we had some restless nights due to rowdy guests.

Many aspects detracted from the experience here. Reports of bed bugs in multiple rooms, including Room 33, raised serious concerns about cleanliness. Poor plumbing caused issues with loud noises and lack of hot water, making showers impossible. WiFi availability was hit or miss, with missing passwords on floors. The small, squeaky accommodations led to discomfort, especially with families traveling. navigating the hotel's layout proved more confusing than expected, with multiple stairs after the lift complicating access.

The accessibility of the hotel made my stay so enjoyable, with well-marked lifts and easy access to all areas. The modern decor was refreshing, giving the hotel a cheerful vibe that made me feel right at home.

Had an awesome 3-night stay! Location is super convenient, just across from the Winter Gardens. The breakfast was solid and really flexible with timing, which helped us out a lot. Only thing was the room was a bit tiny, but we just needed it for sleeping anyway. The team was friendly too! Love the bar area for chilling post-event.
